It's a great way to top up your electrolytes naturally and get long-lasting super hydration - perfect first thing in the morning, after a workout or on a hot day.
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1.5 tbsp Organic Burst Chia seeds
- 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice to taste
Method:
- Combine chia and water, stir
- Let sit for 15 minutes, stir again
- Mix in lime juice, sliced lime and ENJOY!
