Super Chia Fresca

Combat the heat (whether it's from central heating or if you live in hotter climes!) with our super-hydrating chia. This delicious Chia Fresca is a Mexican classic! 

It's a great way to top up your electrolytes naturally and get long-lasting super hydration - perfect first thing in the morning, after a workout or on a hot day. 

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1.5 tbsp Organic Burst Chia seeds
  • 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice to taste

Method: 

  1. Combine chia and water, stir
  2. Let sit for 15 minutes, stir again
  3. Mix in lime juice, sliced lime and ENJOY!
