Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cacao butter
- 1 cup cacao powder
- ¾ cup rice malt syrup
- 2 tablespoons Organic Burst Acai powder
- pinch Himalayan pink salt
Method
- In a bain-marie, melt cacao butter
- Add cacao powder and rice malt syrup, whisking consistently
- Add Organic Burst Acai powder and salt and whisk to mix well
- Pour chocolate into moulds and leave to set in the freezer for 20-30 minutes
