Madeleine, over to you:
Spirulina is a total superfood, loaded with betacarotene, iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin B complex and chlorophyll . . . yes, the list is almost endless. It’s quite powerful stuff, so here I’ve mixed it with dates, cinnamon and coconut to make it super-enjoyable.
Ingredients (makes 10–12 balls)
Blend the nuts and seeds in a food processor for a minute, then add the rest of the ingredients, blend to allow everything to combine, roll the mixture into balls and pop them in the fridge. Leave them to set for an hour, then enjoy. These will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
