Our Returns Policy
1.2 Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and under no circumstances should be used. The Distribution Party reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item, which has been opened, damaged, dirtied, in un-saleable condition or which has not been returned in line with the specified returns procedure.
1.3 All returns (other than for defective items) will be at your own expense. A full refund, excluding shipping cost, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
1.4 Any return made outside the defined timeframes may not be accepted.
1.5 We advise you to return items by tracked shipping to show proof of the return. If your returned items are not received, a refund cannot be processed unless you can provide this proof of return.
1.6 The address for returns is stated on the note dispatched with all orders.
1.7 A refusal to pay for Customs duties, clearance fees or taxes in your country, and therefore a rejection of the order initiated by you, will be treated as a customer initiated return and therefore all associated costs to return the order will be at your own expense.
