Super-charge your cocktail with chia to add a little extra hydration, a dose of Omega-3 and protein. It's a great way to support your digestion while indulging and to slow down the absorption of sugars!
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Organic Burst Chia seeds
- 40ml organic vodka
- 15ml cointreau
- 40ml cranberry juice
- 1tsp fresh lemon juice
- 50ml sparkling water
- 1/2 cup still filtered water
- 1 cup ice
Method:
- Combine chia seeds and filtered water. Leave for 15 mins, stirring occasionally
- Combine all other ingredients and mix in a cocktail shaker
- Shake until combined and cool
- Garnish with a twist of lemon
